Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected based on our return eligibility criteria.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Jewelry items are eligible for return only if they are damaged.
For damaged products, a clear unboxing video showing the damage is required for return approval.
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product received. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement once the incorrect item is received.
Approved return items must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

An error on our part, or
Receipt of an incorrect product.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect item was delivered.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item and would like a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
